On 16-17 October 2024, the International Congress Centre in Katowice will host the 7th International Adhesive Bonding Seminar: “Adhesive Bonding Technology in Industrial Applications”. The seminar is organised by the Łukasiewicz – Upper Silesian Institute of Technology and the Fraunhofer-Institut für Fertigungstechnik und Angewandte Materialforschung IFAM (Bremen).
The seminar is targeted at professionals working in enterprises that use or are planning to use adhesive bonding technologies in production, as well as adhesive bonding technology specialists and engineers, technologists, bonding process supervisors, and bonding agent producers and suppliers.
The seminar’s agenda will feature talks by specialists from the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Technology and Advanced Materials IFAM in Bremen, as well as by Polish experts from various industrial sectors.
Themes to be covered in the seminar include:
- new industrial applications of adhesive bonding technology,
- standards, requirements, audits, certifications,
- bonding processes and hybrid technologies in the automotive and rail industries,
- varnished surface bonding,
- adhesive bonding surface research,
- composite technology requirements for personnel.
